Two girls who love the convenience of online shopping have come together to set up TheRacyShop to bring to online shoppers another avenue to shop. Though we both have full-time jobs on hand, we will definitely try our best to keep up with the invoicing and packing. So keep the orders coming!

Please read the Terms & Conditions before you place an order with TheRacyShop. By placing an order with us, we deem that you have agreed to the following.
General- All items sold are brand new and exclusively selected by TheRacyShop owners.- Kindly allow 0.1-0.2 of discrepancies for sizes of items.- Copyright of photos used at this website belongs to TheRacyShop.Ordering Information- Fill in the order form with your name, email address, mailing address and choice of postage. We will respond to your order within 24 hours.- Kindly note that your item is secured only when we send an invoice to you within the said time frame. You will not receive an invoice if the item is out of stock.- Kindly note that enquiry emails are not considered an order. Do email your order to us only if you can confirm purchase.Payment Information- Payments accepted include POSB/DBS Internet banking and ATM transfer.- Make payment within 24 hours upon receipt of invoice to POSB Savings 109-88560-6 to secure your item.- We do not accept interbank transfers.- For payment made by ibanking, please provide your ibanking nick and transaction reference.- For payment made by ATM transfer, please provide a snapshot of your receipt and transaction reference.- As prices stated do not include the postage fees, kindly add the postage fee of your preferred method to the prices stated. Normal postage: Add S$1.50; Registered mail: Add S$2.24 on top of normal postage- No refunds or cancellation of order once payment is made.- Kindly note that dead buyers will be blacklisted.Mailing Information- Upon receipt of payment, TheRacyShop will proceed to mail your item within the next 1-2 working days. Kindly allow 2-3 working days for delivery.- Kindly be informed that we do not provide meet ups.- TheRacyShop does not deal with international shipping at this point of time. Rest assured that we are working towards this.- We are not responsible for lost or damaged mails and will not provide refunds under such circumstances. We strongly advise shoppers to opt for registered mail. Please be assured that TheRacyShop has checked all items before delivery.Exchange Policy- All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless it is a case of defected item. Exchanges must be made within 7 days. In such cases, we will: (i) Send you a new piece to replace the defected item. Shoppers may choose normal/registered postage. TheRacyShop will absorb the postage fees; or (ii) Require you to send us back the defected item. Postage fees will be refunded.- Kindly note that we do not provide size exchanges for items sold.
